 20,000 Expected for Annual Shopping, Cooking, and Crafting Fair at Stone Mountain Park; Special Guests Include Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer-Purcell of The Fabulous Beekman Boys, Little Big Town Star Kimberly Schlapman, and More

 WHAT: The Country Living Fair brings the magazine’s content to life and gives readers access to a unique shopping experience along the wooded paths of beautiful Stone Mountain Park, featuring more than 200 vendors from 25 states, including antiques sellers, food purveyors, artists, furniture makers, crafters, and more. Guests will also have a chance to meet Country Living editors and their special guests; attend cooking, crafting, and DIY demonstrations, workshops, and book signings; sample locally sourced, artisanal food; and shop the Country Living General Store.

WHEN: October 27, 28, 29  10 a.m. – 5 p.m. Gates open for Early Bird ticket holders at 8:30 a.m. Friday & Saturday.

WHERE: Event Meadow on the grounds of Stone Mountain Park, a scenic recreation area 16 miles east of downtown Atlanta [Exit 8 off of U.S. Highway 78]

1:30 p.m.: Kitchen Stage: Elliott Farmer, Food Network TV personality and celebrity chef, will be doing a cooking demo on shrimp and hominy grits, followed by a signing for his cookbook Chef Elliott’s Soulstice Recipes: Gourmet Entertaining Solutions. 2:30 p.m.: Kitchen Stage: Kimberly Schlapman of Grammy Award-winning group Little Big Town, star of Kimberly’s Simply Southern, and author, will be doing a cooking demo on fresh glazed apple cake, followed by a signing for her cookbook Oh Gussie! Cooking and Visiting in Kimberly’s Southern Kitchen. Books will also be available for purchase onsite.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 28

11:30 a.m.: Kitchen Stage: Robyn Stone of Add a Pinch will be doing a cooking demo on Fall Apple Crisp, followed by a signing of her cookbook Add a Pinch: Easier, Faster, Fresher Southern Classics. Books will also be available for purchase onsite.

12:30 p.m.: Kitchen Stage: Brent Ridge and Josh Kilmer-Purcell of The Fabulous Beekman Boys will be doing a cooking demo on Spaetzle, followed by a signing for their book Beekman 1802: A Seat at the Table. Books will also be available for purchase onsite.

1:00 p.m.: Main Stage: Melissa Caughey of Tilly’s Nest will do a presentation on making airplant wreaths, followed by a meet & greet.

2:00 p.m.: Main Stage: Kim Leggett of City Farmhouse will present modern farmhouse style tips, followed by a signing for her book City Farmhouse Style. Books will also be available for purchase onsite.

3:00 p.m.: Main Stage: Mary Randolph Carter, Country Living Contributing Editor, will share tips for saving space followed by a signing for her books Never Stop to Think… Do I Have a Place for This? and For the Love of Old. Books will also be available for purchase onsite.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 29

11:00 a.m.: Main Stage: Cari Cucksey, star of HGTV’s Cash & Cari, will present repurposing thrift and estate sale finds.

11:30 a.m.: Kitchen Stage: Briana Carson of Crave Pie Studio will be doing a cooking demo on Autumn Spiced Carrot Pie.

12:00 p.m.: Main Stage: Joanne Palmisano, contributing DIY Network designer and stylist, will present stylish ways to use vintage in your home’s decor, followed by a meet & greet.

12:30 p.m.: Kitchen Stage: Krystal Szabo of Green Bubble Gorgeous will be doing a demo on essential oils and DIY winter remedy recipes.

2:00 p.m.: Main Stage: Emily Kennedy of Kennedy Occasions will present ingredients for unique centerpieces using vintage vessels and seasonal blooms.

TICKETS: One-day admission is $13 in advance and $16 at the door; three-day weekend passes are available for $15 in advance and $20 at the door;

An Early Bird three-day weekend pass is available for $40 and grants early admission at 8:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday;

Free admission for children ages 16 and under.

The Fair is held rain or shine and usual parking fees apply.
